Keep track of equipment, quantities and storage locations. On a School plan, teachers share a catalogue and request rooms and equipment for practicals.
Find the equipment you need for the next practical
- Search the catalogue and filter by storage location or tag
- Record quantity and optional units for each storage row, with capacity kept separate
- Keep different units separate, such as 20 g in one location and 5 kg in another
- Add condition, purchase date and a link to the item's manual
Use a private inventory or a shared school catalogue
- The Teacher plan includes your own private inventory and assignment equipment plans
- An active School plan gives its teachers a shared catalogue, managed rooms and booking requests
- School admins appoint teacher technicians to help prepare practicals
- Joining a school keeps your earlier private inventory in a separate, owner-only archive
Request a school room and equipment for your class
- Choose a room and equipment when creating an assignment, or add a separate request in Requests
- Add the date, school-local time, class and number of students
- A school admin or technician approves the request after Plot45 checks room clashes and available stock
- Pending requests reserve nothing. Approval reserves equipment for that interval without deducting stock
- Students see the relevant resource summary with their assignment. Private instructions stay out of the shared booking card
